Founded in 2011 by the economist and PhD in Economics and Public Sector Policy, Maurício Moura, the IDEIA group was created with the purpose of providing competitive intelligence for corporates, public sector, associations and public opinion campaigns.

Our goal is to help our clients solve problems, make strategic decisions and communicate with their stakeholders directly and with high efficiency. For this, we use our own unique methodology to collect data and information that give our professionals all the basement necessary for a complete analysis of any situation.

IDEIA Big Data innovates not only in the form of make research, based on the integration of different sources of information: telephone researches, face-to-face, via digital panel and social medias monitoring, but also developed an unprecedented technique that uses crowdsourcing to do anthropology, which we call digital anthropology.

All this combination of technologies and methodologies takes place under the supervision and advice of our leaders, professionals highly recognized for their abilities of diagnosis, innovation and promotion of knowledge. The combination of traditional and modern techniques with the expertise of our team has already earned IDIA Big Data countless national and international awards. Leadership Team

Maurício Moura

Mauricio holds a bachelor's degree in Economics, a master's degree in Social Sciences (University of Chicago 2003) and a master's degree in Political Management (George Washington University 2014). Doctor of Economics and Public Sector Policy. He taught Microeconomics, Econometrics and Statistics. He was visiting professor at George Washington University. In 2018, he was named by Washington Compol Magazine as one of the 100 most influential political professionals of the year. He recently received the Harvard Business School Owner / President Management Program certificate.

Cila Schulman
Vice President of IDEIA Big Data

Coordinator of communication and strategy of electoral campaigns since 1988, works with planning in communication, crisis management, political and public marketing and in strategy to mobilize causes. Advises governors and mayors in the development of public policy communication. She attended the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management in Washington, DC. In the public area, she was Secretary of Communication of the state of Paraná and the prefecture of Curitiba. She is a guest teacher of the OAS - Organization of American States political training courses and observer of electoral processes.

Moriael Paiva
Digital Vice President of IDEIA Big Data

Graduated in Advertising, has more than 20 years of experience in the digital communications market, having worked in strategy, creation and project management. A pioneer in the use of digital media in Brazilian political marketing, he coordinated several successful campaigns in Brazil - including campaigns for President, Governors and Mayors. He is the co-author of the first book published on Twitter in Brazil and a frequent speaker in events such as Campus Party Brazil and TEDx. Now, he has been working on projects that integrate digital communication with big data platforms and behavior science techniques.

Danilo Cersosimo
Vice President of Public Opinion and Corporate Reputation of IDEIA Big Data

Danilo is a social scientist with a degree from UCL (University College London). He has been working for more than 20 years in the field of social research and public opinion, especially on issues related to politics, social impact assessment and corporate reputation. He was columnist for the newspaper ``O Estado de S.Paulo`` and frequent collaborator of ``Outra Cidade``. He was the director of Ipsos Public Affairs in Brazil.

Felipe Pimentel
Vice President of Special Projects

Graduated in Social Communication (Journalism), he is taking an MBA in Consumer Sciences at ESPM. He is trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He has worked in service teams, planning, analysis, activation and monitoring of digital strategy of several clients of the public sector and class associations. He also served as executive manager of Integrated Strategy, director of Digital Communication and as coordinator of digital strategy for politicians. He teaches digital communication courses and is a visiting professor at the IESB in the MBA in Marketing and Digital Communication.

Cristiana Brandão

Cristiana is a journalist with a specialization in Contemporary Art. She has been working for 20 years in communication projects in multiple platforms such as TV, radio, web, digital content, and app. She worked as an executive producer, digital content coordinator, and project manager.

Diego Piñeiro
Executive Director of IDEIA Uruguay

Graduated in Social Communication with emphasis in Advertising by the Catholic University of Uruguay, he holds post-graduation in Electoral Marketing and Public Communication by the Government of the Ortega y Gasset Institute in Spain. Has worked for presidential and electoral campaigns in Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay. He was Director of DOXA Opinion and Research Studies for sub-Saharan Africa. He is a member of the Uruguayan Association of Advertising Agencies and International Secretary General of the Latin American Advertising Association.

Graduated in Civil Engineering, has a master in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Worked for 10 years in the financial market, being a founding partner of Brazilian Society of Finance. He is a professor, taught Finance at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and for the MBA courses at FGV. He has also worked as a startups accelerator and as a consultant.
